With an investment of 200 million US dollars, this German enterprise Asia Pacific headquarters, which took 8 years from site selection to completion and has a building area of approximately 135000 square meters, is located in Wuxi, China. It was personally designed by Chinese American architect and Chiasmus architectural firm partner - Ke Wei. "This is a Dream Project" and "built with the attitude of creating museums and art galleries." Designer Ke Wei mentioned in an interview that "the goal of this project is to be the best in China.".

        In order to achieve the best results, it is required to use the highest quality materials and craftsmanship in all aspects, using the same metal zinc plate and glass curtain wall as the millennium old church roof. Of course, the skylight should also use the best, which coincides with the corporate culture of Roda Skylight: providing customers with the highest quality products, solutions, and services.

Through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC)'s evaluation of energy conservation, environmental protection, resource sustainability, environmental quality, innovation, and design, Balidero Asia Pacific Production and Research Headquarters has obtained LEED GOLD level green building certification.

Roda Skylight, established in 2008, is a national high-tech enterprise and a professional supplier of lighting, ventilation, and smoke exhaust systems. Its products have passed ISO 9001 quality system certification, ISO 14000 environmental system certification, FM certification, CE certification, and CCCF fire protection certification. The company has more than 30 patented technologies, including nail free and adhesive free waterproof skylights, high-efficiency thin ventilation skylights, and more.         The Asia Pacific production and R&D headquarters of Beryl/Deloitte has been open for nearly 7 months.
