Feidong Guoxuan Battery Material Base project is located in Hefei circular Economy Demonstration Park, planning to cover an area of 2280 mu, the total investment is expected to be 12 billion yuan. The construction of the project covers the front-end raw materials of lithium-ion power batteries and the recycling and step-up utilization of the back-end batteries. After the completion of the project, the power battery capacity of Guoxuan Gaoke will reach 100GWh in 2025.
In the production process of lithium battery, some fluoride is generated, which will cause corrosion to the enclosure system and skylight. In the production process, the control of gold dust is very strict (metal dust impurities will cause short circuit fire and explosion of lithium battery). Therefore, this project attaches great importance to the anti-corrosion of skylight and other links.
Roda skylight also improved the skylight substrate, surface coating and some details according to the relevant environment. The whole window of Roda fire exhaust skylight is recognized by the owners for its excellent anti-corrosion performance, waterproof and wind resistance. At present, Roda skylights are used in the shell and the negative workshop of Guoxuan Feidong Base. The area of fire extinguishing and smoke exhaust skylights in this project is about 8,000 square meters, which has been signed and is being installed.
